Message: A new security system was installed
at my home by William (Bill) Winn. The system
is wonderful and easy to operate. I had a question
concerning the system today (11-26-11) and the
Technician, Bill was referred; the same person
who had installed the system on Nov. 4, 2011.
Not only was he very professional and explicit
on the installation date, but I had a question
concerning the monitors today and he was so gracious.
He explained everything so well and told me to
call any time if I had any questions. WHAT A COMPANY
AND EMPLOYEE!

a new security system or add/update their current
system. The salesman was very knowledgable, thorough,
and personable. There was no high pressure at all,
which was important to us. After the contract was
signed, the installation was scheduled and installed
within a few days. The installer was professional,
thorough and courteous as well, which meant a lot
to us. I encourage you to please take time to check

I've been very pleased with DSC's professional service.
Embarrassingly, when I was first acclimating to
the system I set off false alarms a couple times
late at night when letting the dog outside. DSC's
and the sheriff's department responses were very
